Poetry at Sangam
Poetry at Sangam showcases poetry in English and translations as well as essays on poetics and news of new releases.
Vijay Nambisan has worked and written for journals in several parts of India. His poems have been widely published. His prose works comprise one on Bihar and one on Language. He has also translated two 16th century Kerala poets, from Sanskrit and Malayalam. His first collection of poems since 1992, First Infinities, was published in 2015. He and his wife, the novelist and surgeon Kavery Nambisan, live in Coorg.
