MEDHA SINGH

Medha Singh is a poet, editor and translator from Delhi. She took her M.A. from JNU and Sciences Po, Paris. She has authored two books, Ecdysis (2017, Paperwall), and a work of translation from the French, I  Will Bring My Time: Love Letters by S.H. Raza (Vadehra Art Gallery, Raza Foundation, 2020). Her work has previously appeared or is forthcoming in Hotel (Manchester) 3:AM (London, Paris), Stag Hill (Surrey), Berfrois (London), Queen Mob’s Teahouse (London), The Charles River Journal (Boston), Coldnoon: Travel Poetics (Delhi), Indian Literature (Delhi) The Bangalore Review (Bangalore), Indian Quarterly (Delhi), Indian Cultural Forum, Poetry at Sangam, and Guftugu among others. She has bylines in The Hindu, The Wire, Scroll, Rolling Stone and Youth Ki Awaz among other places. Her work has been anthologized in Best Indian Poetry 2018 (RLFPA editions), Contemporary Poetry by Younger Indians (Sahitya Akademi, 2019), The Red Hen Anthology of Indian Writing (Red Hen, 2021,US), Queen Mob’s Teahouse: Teh Book (Dostoevsky Wannabe, England, 2019) among others. She is on the editorial board of Freigeist Verlag, Berlin. She has also delivered a TEDx talk on effective arguing. Her third book is forthcoming.
