Poetry at Sangam showcases poetry in English and translations as well as essays on poetics and news of new releases.
Anselm Berrigan’s seven books of poetry include Come In Alone (Wave, 2016), and Primitive State (Edge, 2015). He is editor of the forthcoming What Is Poetry (Just Kidding, I Know You Know): Interviews from The Poetry Project Newsletter 1983-2009, and poetry editor for The Brooklyn Rail (brooklynrail.org). He’s a former Artistic Director of The Poetry Project at St. Mark’s Church, and is co-chair, Writing at the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts.
