Poetry at Sangam showcases poetry in English and translations as well as essays on poetics and news of new releases.
Hassan Fayyad is an alumnus of UCLA’s film school, former writer-director of documentary films for the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Arts. He has translated two collections of poems into Persian: Freedom, Selected Poems of Octavio Paz, and Homesick Blues: Langston Hughes Selected Poems.
