Focus on bones
Not half rhymes, half tones
Muse India’s faded stars

Your knees and hips
Are warning blips
On hospital radars

Elegies and Odes
(please burn your notes)
No longer are in flow’r

Treat fractured iambs
Wild dithyrambs
As galaxies afar

We cannot reach
That star spangled beach;
