Namrata Pathak dons many caps, is a rule bender, and loves to surround herself with young faces brimming with enthusiasm in a classroom. She has an MPhil and PhD from English and Foreign Languages University (formerly, CIEFL), Hyderabad and she teaches in North-Eastern Hill University, Tura, Meghalaya. Pathak has four books to her credit. She has been a recipient of FCT-Ford Foundation Fellowship and UGC-Associateship by IIAS, Shimla. Her debut collection of poems, That’s How Mirai Eats a Pomegranate, was brought out by Red River in 2018.
